How do I connect my account?
Connecting your Fastmail only takes a minute. Login to your Fastmail account and create an API token under Settings › Privacy & Security › Integrations.
Make sure to give the API token access for: Email, Email Submission and Masked Email. This enables you to use the full features of WMail.
How does send later work?
You can schedule an email to send later by tapping and holding the send button in the compose screen. This will then bring up the Send Later screen.
Just select the time and date you want to send the email to schedule in the email. This will then be sent to Fastmail to be scheduled for delivery.
What is pause inbox for?
Pause inbox enables you to easily hide your inbox content in your downtime hours. Think of it like a wellness reminder.
Once you enable pause inbox you can configure hours and days of the week to pause your inbox to hide it when you load the app. You can always choose to show your inbox if you want though, pause inbox just helps to remind you to stop checking your inbox constantly.
How do I filter by account?
If you have added multiple accounts to WMail by default you will see a unified view across key folders like Inbox, Drafts, Sent etc.
You can easily filter these though across the app by simply long-pressing on the avatar icon in the top left corner of the app, this will open the account switcher where you can filter by an account. You can then just long-press this again to switch back a unified view of all your accounts.
How does blocked senders work?
When you mark a sender as blocked WMail will move any emails they send to you straigh to your Trash folder. This is not done server-side or by Fastmail so the app needs to open or running in the background in order to move the email to the Trash folder.
